Banana Strawberry Blueberry Frozen Yogurt Smoothie
2 bananas (cut up in chunks and frozen)
3/4 cup low fat milk or soy milk
5 large fresh strawberries
10 fresh blueberries
1 scoop of frozen vanilla yogurt
Raw Honey (to taste)
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (optional)
1 Tablespoon smoothie protien powder (optional)
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil (optional)
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
