Strawberry Banana O.J. Yogurt Smoothie
2 cups strawberries
1 cup orange juice
8 ounces strawberry yogurt
1 banana
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (optional)
1 Tablespoon smoothie protien powder
2 cups ice
Blend every ingredient except the ice.
Then add ice a little at time until you get the consistency you like.
