Spinach Banana Pineapple Soy Smoothie
1 blender container loosely filled with spinach leaves
1 banana
3/4 cup soy milk
3 ounces pineapple juice (you can use frozen dole pineapple juice concentrate or even apple juice if desired)
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil
1-2 cups ice
Blend until smooth and enjoy!
