Banana Mango Orange Juice Yogurt Smoothie
1 banana
1 mango
5 Tablespoons healthy yogurt (use fat free if you are working on weight loss)
1/4 - 1/2 cup orange juice (to your desired taste/consistency)
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (Dr Oz recommended)
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil (also Dr Oz recommended)
1 cup ice
Blend all fruits, fruit juice & healthy additions, then add ice a little at a
time until you get the consistency you like. Enjoy!
