Banana Pineapple Papaya Smoothie

1 banana
1/2 pineapple
1/2 papaya
8 Tablespoons guava juice or pineapple juice
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (Dr Oz recommended)
1-2 cups ice
Blend all fruits and fruit juice, then add ice a little at a
time until you get the consistency you like. Enjoy!
