Mango Apple Smoothie
(this can be a green smoothie if you want to add kale or spinach)
2 apples (cut into chunks - I leave the peels on - it is up to you)
2 mangoes (peeled and cut into chunks)
1/2 cup apple juice
1 large handful of spinach or 3-4 leaves of kale (optional)
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (Dr Oz recommended)
Blend all ingredients and drink.
