5 tomatoes
1/2 large cucumber (cut in chunks and peeled - if it is organic leave the peel on)
add salt, pepper, tobasco, worcestershire sauce to your desired taste
Blend and enjoy in a chilled glass
If you want your smoothie a bit more cool,
you can add a little crushed ice to the blender and blend until smooth
