Pineapple Watermelon Smoothie
1/2 fresh pineapple
1 thick slice of watermelon
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (Dr Oz recommended)
1/2 cup ice (optional - to get a more chilled smoothie)
Note: You can add a big handful of spinach or a few stalks of kale to make it a green smoothie
Blend all ingredients and enjoy
