Strawberry Raspberry Banana Yogurt Apple Juice Smoothie
1 cup strawberries
1 cup raspberries
1 banana
1/3 cup all natural yogurt
1/3 cup apple juice
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (Dr Oz recommended)
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil (also Dr Oz recommended)
1 cup ice
Blend all fruits, yogurt, fruit juice & healthy additions,
then add ice a little at a time until you get
the consistency you like. Enjoy!
