Strawberry Raspberry Yogurt Smoothie
2 cups strawberries
2 1/2 cups raspberries
1/3 cup all-natural yogurt (you can use your favorite brand)
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (Dr Oz recommended)
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil (also Dr Oz recommended)
1 cup ice
Blend all fruits & healthy additions, then add ice a little at a
time until you get the consistency you like. Enjoy!
