Banana Raspberry Cranberry Smoothie
2 bananas
2 cups raspberries
2/3 cup cranberry juice
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (Dr Oz recommended)
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
1 cup ice
Blend all fruit, fruit juice and healthy additions.
Next, add a little ice a time to your blender to
get your desired consistency and chill for your smoothie.
