Banana Grapefruit Orange Lime Smoothie
2 bananas
1 pink grapefruit (peeled and divided in sections)
1/2 cup organic orange juice
juice of a lime
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (Dr Oz recommended)
1/2 cup or more of ice
Blend all fruit, fruit juice and healthy additions.
Then add ice a little at a time until smooth.
