Raspberry Strawberry Orange Mint Smoothie
2 cups raspberries
2 cups strawberries
1 orange (peeled and in sections)
3 or 4 fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup orange juice
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (recommended by Dr Oz)
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil
ice
Blend all fruit, fruit juice and healthy additions.
Then add ice a little at a time until smooth.
