Banana Strawberry Apple Juice Smoothie
2 ripe bananas
1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries
2/3 cup apple juice (organic preferably or juice from freshly juiced apples)
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (recommended by Dr Oz)
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
ice
Blend all ingredients except for ice. Then add a little ice at a time until you get the consistency you prefer. Enjoy!
