Blackberry Vanilla Yogurt Smoothie
4 cups blackberries (frozen)
1/8 cup plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or beans from 1 vanilla bean
a bit of apple juice (to your desired consistency and taste)
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (recommended by Dr Oz)
1 scoop vanilla smoothie protein powder (optional)
a bit of ice (optional)
Blend all fruit, fruit juice, yogurt and healthy additions. Then add ice a little at a time until smooth. Enjoy!
