Tropical Smoothie - Pineapple Banana Papaya Smoothie
2 servings (or 1 if you are really hungry!)
1 and 1/2 cups fresh pineapple
1 large banana
1 medium papaya (peeled and seeded)
1 cup vanilla soy milk (or plain yogurt or milk)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Tablespoon smoothie protein powder (optional)
ice
Blend all fruits and healthy additions. Then add ice a little at a time until you get the consistency you like. Enjoy!
