Banana Peach Tangerine OJ Smoothie
2 bananas
2 peaches
2 tangerines
1/2 cup orange juice
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (recommended by Dr Oz and Dr Roizen)
1 tablespoon smoothie protein powder (also recommended by Dr Oz and Dr Roizen)
ice (as desired)
Blend all ingredients in your blender, then add a little ice at a time until you get the consistency you desire.
