How to Make A Fruit Smoothie| Banana Kiwi Grapes AJ Smoothie
Banana Grapes AJ Kiwi Smoothie
2 bananas (peeled)
2 kiwi fruits (peeled)
1 cup seedless grapes
2/3 cup apple juice
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (recommended by Dr Oz & Dr Roisen)
a little ice
Blend all ingredients except for the ice. Then add a little ice a time to your blender until you get the consistency and "chill" that you like. Enjoy!
