Mango Banana Orange Smoothie Recipe
2 mangoes or 3 cups frozen mango chunks
1 large banana
2/3 cup orange juice
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (as recommended by Dr Oz and Dr Roisen) [optional]
1 scoop of smoothie protein powder (recommended by Dr Oz) [optional]
ice
Blend all fruits and fruit juices and healthy additions. Then add ice a little at a time until you get the consistency you really like. Enjoy!!
