Papaya Raspberry Grapefruit Lime Smoothie Recipe
1 papaya (peeled and seeded)
1 grapefruit (peeled and sectioned)
1 cup raspberries
juice from one lime
1/2 cup grapefruit juice
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (as recommended by Dr Oz) [optional]
ice
Blend all fruits, fruit juice and psyllium until smooth. Then add ice a little at a time until you get the desired consistency you like. Enjoy!
