Cherry Vanilla Yogurt Smoothie Recipe
1 cup cherries (washed and pitted)
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract or the seed from one vanilla bean
raw honey (to your desired sweetness)
ice
Blend all ingredients except ice. Then add ice a little at a time until you get the desired consistency and chill. Enjoy!!
