Apple Berry Cashew Vanilla Smoothie Recipe
2 large apples (cored and cut in chunks)
1 cup any kind of berry (raspberry, blackberry or blueberry)
1/3 cup raw cashews
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract or the beans from 1 vanilla bean
a little ice
Put all ingredients except for the ice in a blender and blend until smooth. Then add ice a little at a time until you get the consistency you like. Enjoy!
