Banana Peach Tangerine Yogurt Smoothie Recipe
1 banana
1 peach
1 tangerine
a few big spoonfuls of plain yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (as recommended by Dr Oz and Dr Roizen) [optional]
a little ice
Blend all ingredients (except for the ice) until smooth. Then add a little ice at a time until you get the consistency you enjoy.
