Kiwi Banana Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie Recipe
1 cup blueberries
2 bananas
3 kiwi (peeled)
1 cup plain yogurt
3-4 Tablespoons raw honey
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (as recommended by Dr Oz)
ice
Blend all fruits, yogurt and honey until smooth. Then add ice a little at a time to your blender until you get the desired consistency and chill you desire for your smoothie. Enjoy!
