Kiwi OJ Blackberry Yogurt Smoothie Recipe
1 kiwi (peeled)
1/2 cup orange juice
3 Tablespoons plain yogurt
1/2 cup blackberries
a little honey (to sweeten to your desired taste)
ice
Blend all fruits, orange juice, and yogurt until smooth. Then if you like you can add a little ice to get a more chilled smoothie. Add the ice to the blender with the rest of the smoothie ingredients. Blend well and then serve. Enjoy!
