Banana Blackberry Apple Juice Yogurt Smoothie Recipe
1 1/2 cups blackberries
1/2 cup plain yogurt
3/4 cups apple juice
1 banana
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (as recommended by Dr Oz)
ice
Blend all ingredients except for the ice. Then add ice a little at a time until you get the desired consistency and chill you like for your smoothie. Enjoy!
