Banana Orange Vanilla Smoothie Recipe
1 banana
1 orange (peeled and sectioned)
1 cup vanilla flavored soy milk
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (as recommended by Dr Oz)
ice
Blend fruit, soy milk and psyllium until smooth. Then add ice a little at a time until you get the desired consistency and chill you like for your smoothie. Enjoy!
