Strawberry Blueberry Raspberry Frozen Yogurt Smoothie Recipe
1/2 cup each of strawberries, blueberries and raspberries (or you can use just one type of berry - it is up to you)
1/4 cup apple juice
1/2 - 1 cup nonfat frozen yogurt (vanilla flavor)
ice
Blend all the fruit, fruit juice and frozen yogurt. Then add ice a little at a time until you get the consistency of smoothie that you like. Enjoy!
