Simple Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie Recipe
1/2 cup of blueberries
1/4 cup orange juice
4 ounces nonfat plain yogurt
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (as recommended by Dr Oz)
raw honey (to your desired sweetness)
ice
Blend all fruit, orange juice, yogurt and psyllium until smooth. Then add ice a little at a time until you get the desired consistency you enjoy. Drink up!
