Banana Melon Smoothie Recipe
2 bananas
1/2 melon (cantaloupe or honeydew)
1/2 cup apple juice
juice from a lime (to your desired taste)
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (optional - as recommended by Dr Oz)
ice
Blend until smooth all the ingredients except for the ice. Then add ice a little at a time until you get the consistency you like. Enjoy!
