Fresh Fruit and Frozen Yogurt Smoothie Recipe
2 cups Fresh Fruit — Use your favorite fruit or mix up a few together (experiment - have fun!)
1 scoop vanilla frozen yogurt
1/2 cup very chilled apple juice
a bit of raw honey (if you desire a sweeter taste)
ice
Blend all the ingredients (except for the ice) until smooth. Then add ice a little at a time until you get the desired consistency you like. Enjoy!
