Kiwi Cantaloupe Banana Fruit Smoothie Recipe
1 kiwi (peeled)
1/4 large cantaloupe (cut in chunks - no peel)
1 banana
handful of raw spinach or 3-4 kale leaves (optional - add this if you want to make it a raw green smoothie)
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (optional - as recommended by Dr Oz to include each day in your diet)
ice (as needed)
Blend all ingredients (except for the ice) until smooth. Then add ice a little at a time until you get the consistency and chill you like. Enjoy in a chilled glass.
