Mango Kiwi Banana Smoothie Recipe
Blend all ingredients (except for the ice) until smooth. Then add ice a little at a time until you get the consistency and chill you like. Enjoy!
Mango is packed with vitamins A, C & D & potassium. Kiwi has Vitamin C & potassium. And bananas have Vitamin C and B6, potassium and fiber. This is a nutrition packed smoothie and if you add some greens (spinach or kale) to make it a raw green smoothie you will get even more enzymes and goodies to nourish your health. Have fun, experiment and enjoy your smoothies.
NOTE: If you want to make this into a raw green smoothie - simply add a handful of spinach leaves or kale leaves to your blender along with the other smoothie ingredients and you will get even more added nutrition without sacrificing any taste. Enjoy!
