Mango Orange Smoothie Recipe
2 mangoes (peeled and chunked)
2 oranges (peeled and sectioned)
juice from a lime
1/2 cup apple juice
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (optional - as recommended by Dr Oz)
ice (as desired)
Blend all ingredients (except for the ice) until smooth, then add ice a little at a time until you get the consistency you like. Enjoy!
NOTE: If you want to make this into a raw green smoothie - simply add a handful of spinach leaves or kale leaves to your blender along with the other smoothie ingredients and you will get even more added nutrition without sacrificing any taste. Enjoy!
