Blackberry Apple Smoothie
3 cups blackberries
2 apples (cored and cut in chunks)
1/2 cup apple juice
1 large handful of spinach leaves and 5 leaves of kale (optional - this will make the smoothie a raw green smoothie)
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husk (optional - as recommended by Dr Oz)

Blend fruits and fruit juice until smooth. Add ice a little at a time until you get the desired consistency you like. Enjoy!
NOTE: If you want to make this into a raw green smoothie - simply add a handful of spinach leaves or kale leaves to your blender along with the other smoothie ingredients and you will get even more added nutrition without sacrificing any taste. Enjoy!
