Raspberry Peach Banana Smoothie
3 peaches
1 banana
1 cup raspberries
1/2 cup apple juice
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (optional - as recommended by Dr Oz)
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil (optional - as recommended by Dr Oz)
ice
Blend all ingredients except for the ice until smooth. Then add ice a little at a time until and blend until you get the consistency you like. Enjoy!
