Peachy Banana Yogurt Smoothie with Wheat Germ
1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup peaches
1 banana
2 Tablespoons Wheat Germ
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil (optional - recomended by Dr Oz)
1/4 cup orange juice
ice (as desired)
Blend all ingredients (except for the ice) until smooth.
Then add ice to the blender a little at a time and blend until smooth until you get the consistency you like in your smoothie.
