Banana Peach Strawberry Orange Fruit Smoothie
1/2 cup frozen banana chunks
1/2 cup frozen peach pieces
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup soy milk or regular milk
1/4 cup orange juice
raw honey (optional - you can add it to make your smoothie sweeter)
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (optional - as recommended by Dr Oz)
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Enjoy!
NOTE: If you want to make this into a raw green smoothie - simply add a handful of spinach leaves or kale leaves to your blender and you will get even more added nutrition without sacrificing any taste. Enjoy!
