Nectarine Frozen Yogurt Tropical Smoothie
1 nectarine
6 ounces fat free peach frozen yogurt
1/2 cup Dole pineapple-orange-guava juice
raw honey (add a little to make it sweeter if you desire)
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (optional - recommended by Dr Oz)
large handful of spinach leaves or kale leaves (optional - to make it a raw green smoothie)
Put all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
Remember: If you want to make this into a raw green smoothie - simply add a handful of spinach leaves or kale leaves to your blender and you will get even more added nutrition without sacrificing any taste. Enjoy!
