Peanut Butter and Jelly Banana Smoothie Recipe
2 tablespoons of your favorite jelly or fruit preserves
2 tablespoons of your favorite peanut butter
1 cup soy milk or your favorite milk
1 banana (cut in chunks and frozen)
honey (as desired if you want it sweeter)
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (as recommended by Dr Oz for extra fiber in your diet - optional)
Blend all ingredients together in you blender.
If it is not blending easily, you can add a little more milk.
If you want it colder and thicker you can add a little ice. Enjoy!!
