Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
1/3 cup peanut butter
2 bananas (cut up and frozen)
1/2 cup silken tofu
1/2 cup rice milk or your favorite milk
2 Tablespoons chocolate syrup or cocoa powder
ice (as needed)
Put the rice milk, tofu and peanut butter in your blender and blend until smooth. Then add the bananas and chocolate. Blend again until smooth. Then if you want it a bit thicker or cooler, add a little bit of ice at a time to your blender and blend until smooth and until you get the consistency you like with your smoothies.
