Papaya Orange Frozen Yogurt Smoothie Recipe
2 papayas (make sure they are ripe - then peel, remove seeds and cut in slices or chunks)
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
Put all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth.
If you like a little lime with your papaya you can add a bit of fresh lime juice to your smoothie.
If you want it a bit sweeter you can add some raw honey to your smoothie — just be careful not to add too much and ruin the awesome taste.
This is a very refreshing yummy smoothie - enjoy!!
