Pineapple Raspberry Mint Fruit Smoothie Recipe
Pineapple Raspberry Mint Fruit Smoothie Recipe
2 cups fresh pineapple with the pineapple juice (peeled and cut in chunks)
3/4 cup fresh raspberries
fresh mint leaves (to your desired taste - I usualy add 5-6 leaves)
1 handful of spinach leaves (optional — this will make your smoothie a raw green smoothie — added nutrition - no loss of great taste)
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (optional - as recommended by Dr Oz for daily fiber)
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil (optional - as recommended by Dr Oz)
ice (as needed)
Blend all ingredients (except for the ice) until smooth. Then add a little ice at a time to your blender and keep blending until you get the consistency and chill you like in your smoothies.
