Mango Tangerine Orange Vanilla Fruit Smoothie Recipe
2 mangoes (peeled and seeded)
4 tangerines (peeled, seeded (if necessary) and sectioned)
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husk (optional - highly recommended by Dr Mehmet Oz - I add psyllium to all my smoothies)
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil (optional - also highly recommended by Dr Mehmet Oz)
ice (as needed — add last to blender)
NOTE: if you want to make this a raw green smoothie, simply add a huge handful of spinach leaves, or 4-5 leaves of kale, or 1/2 a head of romaine when you blend the fruit and fruit juice.
Blend all fruits, fruit juice and healthy additons. Then if you like your smoothie a bit more frozen and cool, add a little ice at a time to your blender and blend until very smooth.
