Kiwi Strawberry Fruit Smoothie Recipe
3 kiwi fruits (peeled or unpeeled - prepare it the way you like it)
2 cups strawberries
1/8 cup apple juice
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (optional - as recommended by Dr Oz)
ice (as desired)
Put all ingredients (except for ice) in your blender and blend until smooth.
Then add ice (a little at a time) and blend until you get the consistency you like. Enjoy!
You get a great bit of Vitamin C with this tasty smoothie.
