Peach Strawberry OJ Fresh Fruit Smoothie Recipe
2 cups strawberries
3 peaches (or nectarines) (cut in chunks and remove the seed)
juice of one lime
1/2 cup orange juice
optional healthy additions - I add to all my smoothies:
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (as recommended by Dr Oz to ensure a healthy colon)
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil (also recommended by Dr Oz)
ice (as you desire)
Put all ingredients (except for the ice) in your blender and blend until smooth.
Then add a little ice at a time and blend until you get the consistency and chill on your smoothie that you like. Enjoy!!
This smoothie is packed with antioxidants that increase your immunity and help your skin glow.
