Pineapple Papaya Watermelon Banana Tropical Fruit Smoothie Recipe
Pineapple Papaya Watermelon Banana Tropical Fruit Smoothie Recipe
1 papaya (peeled and seeded and cut in chunks)
1 cup pineapple (peeled and cut in chunks)
1 cup watermelon (seeded and cut in chunks)
1 banana
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (optional but highly recommended by Dr Oz for daily fiber - it does not change the taste of your smoothie)
ice (if desired to make it more of a frozen smoothie)
Blend all ingredients (except for the ice) until smooth. Then add a little ice and blend to make a more chilled smoothie if you desire.
This is a delicious tropical fruit smoothie packed with nutrients to boost your immunity and give you great energy. Enjoy!
