Banana Apricot Apple Fresh Fruit Smoothie
2 bananas
4 apricots
1/2 cup apple juice
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (as recommended by Dr Oz to get daily fiber)
ice (as desired)
Blend all fruits and fruit juice until smooth. Add a little ice to your blender if you like your smoothie to be more chilled and thick. Enjoy!
