Mango Raspberry Fresh Fruit Smoothie Recipe
2 mangoes (peeled and seeded)
2 cups raspberries
1/2 cup apple juice
a dash or more of fresh lemon juice
1-2 teaspoons psyllium (as recommended by Dr Mehmet Oz for daily fiber - I put this in all my smoothies - it does not change the taste)
Ice (as desired)
Blend all ingredients (except for ice) until smooth. Then if you like your smoothie a bit more chilled or thick you can add some ice to the blender and continue blending until totally smooth. Then pour into a glass and enjoy this tasty smoothie.
This is a smoothie packed with nutrients and energy boosting ingredients. It is an awesome addition to your day.
