1 banana
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
dash of soy milk or regular milk
ice (add a little if you like your smoothie more chilled)
Note: If you like a creamier smoothie, you can add 1/4 cup yogurt to this recipe
Blend all ingredients until smooth - Enjoy!
